Pumpkin Butter Dip

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice or cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt


  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well with a spatula.
  • Top with cacao nibs, mini chocolate chips, or coconut flakes.
  • Serve with apples or spread on your favorite bread.
