[WFH] Self Care at it’s Best!

Warning! You’re going to want to try this.

It’s the latest and greatest of quarantine self-care. It’s taking 20-25 minutes for yourself and tackling two things at once. I call it, Mask and Medi!

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1

Apply your favorite detox mask or hydrating mask. In my case, I chose beautycounter kaolin clay mask with activated charcoal.

Step 2

Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit. Turn on your favorite meditation app like insight timer or headspace and start your deep breathing or your mantra or follow the apps guidance. Meditate, quiet your mind, and relax, until your mask is completely dry—about 10 minutes or so.

Step 3

Remove your mask and take a selfie and tag me @wellthymel, because you’ll be glowing from the inside out. Who’s going to try this?
