Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Smoothie
Do you wish you could eat pumpkin cheesecake and desserts every day?
Well, you can, but your longterm health might take a beating. I was recently inspired to make this smoothie after eating a yummy pumpkin cheesecake ice cream from a local ice cream shop in Baltimore. It was so good I recreated the flavor, minus all of the sugar and cream.
I made a smoothie that tastes like pumpkin cheesecake, except it’s loaded with fiber + has no added sugar.
I’ll be drinking this combo for the rest of the season. I’ve already made it for breakfast and as a post-workout recharge.
It takes less than 5 minutes to make a healthy vegan protein smoothie, and I show you how to make this smoothie in the video above.
I know you’ll get the hang of it once you watch the video.
The pumpkin cheesecake smoothie is full of protein and fiber, which is excellent for clear skin, regular digestion, and post-workout muscle recovery. I rarely list nutrition facts, but this smoothie is full of:
- Probiotics
- 15 g of Healthy Fat
- 12 g of Fiber
- 35 g of protein
