Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bites

Make these Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bites for your Super Bowl gathering

This recipe is easy to make and healthier than the usual fried chicken tenders or wings.

My favorite hot sauce is Yellowbird Organic Sriracha Sauce, which I use it for this recipe. 🔥

These Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bites pair  perfectly with my Lemon Garlic Tahini Sauce or Honey Mustard Tahini Sauce.

Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bites

  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1 tablesppon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon liquid aminos
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Chop cauliflower into bites.
  • Add all additional ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Add cauliflower to the bowl and stir to mix well.
  • Place ingredients on a baking sheet, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Serve with Lemon Garlic Tahini dipping sauce and enjoy!
