Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing

Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing is the perfect dressing, dip, or sauce for just about any vegetable, raw or cooked.

This lemon tahini dressing is a step outside of the basic vinaigrette box. Not that there is anything wrong with a basic vinaigrette, 😊that’s my go to dressing.

You know that rich, creamy texture that you sometimes crave on your vegetables or salads?  This tahini dressing satisfies that.

Ok, you might be wondering, what is tahini?

Tahini is made from sesame seeds that have been soaked and separated from the sesame kernel and then toasted and ground into a rich, creamy paste. Very similar to peanut butter but it has a nutty, earthy flavor, not sweet or salty.

But, don’t worry, this dressing has a bunch of flavor and is made from using whole and simple ingredients. Trust me once you taste this dressing you’re going to want to eat it on everything.

Get the simple recipe below. and let me know what you think.

If you love this lemon garlic tahini dressing, then you’ll love the honey mustard tahini dressing that makes an excellent dip for crispy, oven roasted sweet potato fries.
