Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding will be your new go-to dessert when you want something cool and rich.

With only 5 ingredients, this guilt-free dessert will indulge your chocolate craving and nourish you at the same time. It’s plant based and great if you’re trying to maintain a healthy weight by eating whole foods that are low in sugar and fight inflammation in the body.

Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • dash of cinnamon


  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries or raspberries and enjoy!


This pudding also makes a great chocolate pie filling. Simply fill a crust with the pie filling and chill. Add your favorite fruit toppings and enjoy.
