Chocolate Snack Balls are great for when you want a quick, portable chocolate treat.

Make a batch of these and be ready for when that 3 o’clock energy slump hits you or for a light, weeknight dessert.

Chocolate Snack Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • ¾ cup pitted dates chopped
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ½ tablespoon raw honey

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in food processor and blend together until smooth.
  • Roll into small balls, place on baking sheet and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
  • Serve when chilled.

Notes

I like to add dairy-free chocolate chips or cacao nibs to this recipe for a little more chocolate punch.
